The AXOS 5 from PFFINER is a Standalone EFT/Burst Generator for EMC testing applications. It provides an output voltage from 0.2 to 5 kV, has a rise time of 5 ns and an impulse duration of 50 ns. This generator has an integrated single-phase coupling decoupling network (CDN) for testing up to 16 A. The system monitors the voltage and current of surge impulses and EUT power and provides valuable feedback to the test engineer.
